Fast response and great customer service. Valentino Amnay was a really nice tech and did a fast repair. I have used other ac company's and would wait for days for a tech to not get it right. I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm a first time customer. more

I was recommended to Air Zero several years ago and have been a promoter ever since, A very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy staff from the beginnning. Recently, Rich came out to service my air conditioner and was very polite and friendly. He was very thoughtful while fixing my A/C and took the time to explain what and why it would be best to do certain services. It started out great. My vending machine refrigeration deck was repaired with no problems. I was trying to give him more business and mentioned I have another unit that has a noisy motor. Marcus said he would look into it and let me know. I sent him pictures upon his request. It has been a month and I have not heard back from him. I left several messages for him to call me and still no response. I will need someone else to help me. more

My A/C Unit when down later afternoon on Saturday and AirZero had a technician out there Sunday morning to take a look at it. Sadly, I needed an entirely new unit and AirZero was able to find the specific unit that was unique to my place (had to be shipped in from North Carolina) and install it with a great price. I did ask other companies for quotes and AirZero's was the best. Also, I currently have a tenant living in my place and they were generous enough to install a temporary cooling unit while the new unit was being shipped. AirZero was great to work with, very respectful and offered great customer service! more

Air Zero has worked on several of the houses I own. I've been using them for a while now, and they're always professional, on time, honest, and upfront with me. We all know AC companies in Florida sometimes have reputations for ripping customers off. I've never felt worried about that with Air Zero. more

We used Air Zero a couple times for our refrigeration services. Lately their services have deteriorated. I understand they still charge us for coming out to our restaurant and I have no problems paying for work that was done. For them to come to my establishment to fix parts that they themselves have fixed a few months ago and we have the same problem, I would assume we have warranty on it. They still charged us over $200 just for taking it apart, clean and modification that took them 2mins to do. The next time, our kitchen refrigerator is not working. They came and clean it a bit. They said that one of the parts went bad so they have to replace it, but it was going to cost us over $200 for them coming out and being here for for 2 hours. He spent over 30mins in the vehicle and didn't do really anything to fix our refrigerator. Then he told us that we going to have to pay him another $300-400 for them to replace the part. We went with another company for $150 that took the refrigerator apart and cleaned it. This does not make any sense, we bought that refrigerator for $800 and they want us to pay them over $500 to fix it and we had to pay them over $200 just not do anything. more

I had Air Zero come to look at my older AC unit and told them that the year before, I had a burned out start wire, so I thought it might be that again. They told me that they tried a boost and it didn't work- so I needed a new unit for 3,500-4,000. Also, they wanted me to pay $200.00 for a boost that included labor if it worked...(online the same part is $15 and within less than 5 minutes, they claim they had installed it and it didn't work-so new unit was what was needed). I wasted $59 on a service call.... called another company and guess what? It was the START WIRE and was quickly repaired...as I told Air Zero all along- Can you say RIP OFF? NEVER using them again! RESPONSE FROM Air Zero: Kathy, We are very sorry you were not happy with the service provided . The start wire ( wiring to your start winding on compressor ) is designed to be in the circuit for a short time on start up of the unit . Your 20 year old unit was pulling excess amperage - we offered a start capacitor - which did not help , of course you were not charged . The excess amperage on the wiring is the cause of the wiring burning out - simply replacing the wire does not correct the core problem . That wire will burn out as well as stated in your review (we did not make previous repair) . We did recommend considering replacing your 20 year old system . more

Marcus was the tech that came out due to my air handler not coming on. I have never met a more professional technician. He removed his shoes everytime he walked in the house, and took his time to explain the problem i was having. i read these reviews everytime I look for a company to use, and this time I only went by word of mouth of my neighbor. I was / am so impressed and have already referred others. You know it is honest when they show you their rate book of what it costs to do a repair. This is so much better than someone who shows up says I charge $ per hour and then I have to pay for their laziness of not being able to do the job in the time they say it should have taken. Maybe it sounds like a cliche to say that Air Zero came to our rescue, but that's how we feel about what happened. My wife and I had just moved into a 38-year-old home along a waterway. Just as we were finishing extensive renovations, our air conditioning system (installed in 1995) went on the fritz. We called Air Zero based on a recommendation from our trusted remodeler. AIr Zero sent a technician to us the same day. En route to us, he called to ask if he could show up early! He helped us understand the condition of our ailing system, showing us where the wear and tear had taken its toll. They completed the job in the exact number of hours estimated. 7. The owner, Marcus, showed up to ensure the job went properly. 8. They kept our house spotless. 9. Their techs always wore clean uniforms, and acted politely and professionally. 10. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. In fact... 11. Almost two years ago, we had an A/C failure on a Friday afternoon, Air Zero was a my home within an hour, diagnosed the problem and had a new unit avaiable, up and running by 11 AM Sat.. They only replaced the failed part, were lower than expected in cost. Since then, we have referred them to our neighbor who replaced the entire system.
