Above and beyond service for my dad's A/C system 8/22/2011

I live in New York and contacted Air Zero to repair my Dad's A/C system in Florida. Their level of professionalism, friendliness and caring is second to none. They made a special appointment and were at the house until 9:30 on a Friday evening. They not only repaired it but took the additional time to test it to ensure everything worked as it should. It's difficult to know who does good work especially from 1,200 miles away. I was extremely fortunate to have found these wonderful people and would recommend Air Zero wholeheartedly to anyone who needs air conditioning work done!! Excellent Service at a reasonable price 8/20/2011

The technician Rich arrived exactly when he said he would on his courtesy call prior to the appointment. He was very polite, professional and explained everything to me. He made the repairs quickly and explained further services that would be required to make the A/C run like new. My coils are damaged and need to be replaced; however I am a renter and cannot incur that expense for a home I don't own. He outlined everything on an invoice that I will be giving to my landlord. Our tech Marcus went above and beyond in repairing my mothers a/c . Repaired her indoor blower , didn't have the part on truck but went to shop and returned to make repairs at 10 o ' clock at night . Tremendous customer service - Above and beyond in my opinion . more

Outstanding Company! 7/21/2011

I couldn't have called a better A/C repair company. I placed my service call at 8 a.m. and someone was at my house by noon. Based on my experience with the technition who arrived, it is apparent that Air Zero places a high value on providing quality and professional services through the way they do business and their empoyees. I would highly recommend them. An added plus... I had the same repair done last year by another company. Air Zero charged 40 less!! Amazing! more

Quick, efficient service 7/11/2011

We called due to a late afternoon A/C failure. They were on scene within two hours, diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution (which we did) on the spot. A/C was replaced by noon the next day (Saturday). more

Arrived home after work on a weekend to a hot house with nonfunctional AC. Called 6 companies and spoke to a live person at only 2. Air Zero was able to have a professional at my home in 30 minutes, not the next day, and he diagnosed, fully explained the situation and repaired my system at a very reasonable cost. more
