We used Air Zero a couple times for our refrigeration services. Lately their services have deteriorated. I understand they still charge us for coming out to our restaurant and I have no problems paying for work that was done.
For them to come to my establishment to fix parts that they themselves have fixed a few months ago and we have the same problem, I would assume we have warranty on it. They still charged us over $200 just for taking it apart, clean and modification that took them 2mins to do.
The next time, our kitchen refrigerator is not working. They came and clean it a bit. They said that one of the parts went bad so they have to replace it, but it was going to cost us over $200 for them coming out and being here for for 2 hours. He spent over 30mins in the vehicle and didn't do really anything to fix our refrigerator. Then he told us that we going to have to pay him another $300-400 for them to replace the part. We went with another company for $150 that took the refrigerator apart and cleaned it.
This does not make any sense, we bought that refrigerator for $800 and they want us to pay them over $500 to fix it and we had to pay them over $200 just not do anything.
