Marcus was the tech that came out due to my air handler not coming on. I have never met a more professional technician.
He removed his shoes everytime he walked in the house, and took his time to explain the problem i was having.
i read these reviews everytime I look for a company to use, and this time I only went by word of mouth of my neighbor. I was / am so impressed and have already referred others.
You know it is honest when they show you their rate book of what it costs to do a repair. This is so much better than someone who shows up says I charge $ per hour and then I have to pay for their laziness of not being able to do the job in the time they say it should have taken.
Again, I just cant thank Airzero enough. Honest and ethical is a rare find. Thank you!
