Maybe it sounds like a cliche to say that Air Zero came to our rescue, but that's how we feel about what happened. My wife and I had just moved into a 38-year-old home along a waterway. Just as we were finishing extensive renovations, our air conditioning system (installed in 1995) went on the fritz. We called Air Zero based on a recommendation from our trusted remodeler.
AIr Zero sent a technician to us the same day. En route to us, he called to ask if he could show up early! He helped us understand the condition of our ailing system, showing us where the wear and tear had taken its toll. Air Zero replaced our system a few days later, and now we're enjoying the cool, quiet air.
Here are the reasons why we will absolutely recommend Air Zero:
1. They showed up the same day to do the diagnostic.
2. They helped us to understand our situation, and our options.
3. They didn't up-sell us at any point.
4. They pointed us to a resource for interest-free financing. (Which we used.)
5. They scheduled the replacement installation within a couple of days.
6. They completed the job in the exact number of hours estimated.
7. The owner, Marcus, showed up to ensure the job went properly.
8. They kept our house spotless.
9. Their techs always wore clean uniforms, and acted politely and professionally.
10. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. In fact...
