I have used Air Zero for 3 separate repairs and service calls. I have been very satisfied with their honesty and integrity. Each issue has been explained thoroughly, costs appropriately justified (and fairly calculated), and the service has been provided with professionalism well beyond the caliber provided by other companies I have utilized. I recommend Air Zero to my neighbors, friends, and coworkers whenever I have the opportunity! more

Better than our previous company 2/17/2011

I found you guys through Google after Dunedin refrigeration decided not to answer their phones, and I'm glad they didn't I was weary about the service they were giving, they even stated I needed a whole new compressor and that was 2 years ago. Your Technician took care of the issue quickly, inspected the system, and actually took the time to explain in detail what exactly was the problem. I'll be recommending Air Zero. more

Air Zero was easy to schedule an appointment with, he responds immediately to calls. He was able to squeeze my emergency in a timely manner. He was extremely professional in his attire and demeanor. He listened to my concerns and then went right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. I didn't feel taken advantage of and really liked how friendly he was. I urge people not to hesitate, call Air Zero if you're having any issues whatsoever. more

Air/heat unit replacement 1/30/2011

Air Zero responded to my call timely. After evaluating my problem offered me both a repair or replacement option. Due to the age of the unit I chose the replacement. Service men were helpful, professional and very knowledgable. Work was done timely, system works great and I would definetly recomend their services. more

Very professional, courteous service. Caring and passionate about their profession. 1/27/2011

I got 3 or 4 quotes for my project but decided to use Air Zero because they go the extra mile. Marcus was the most thorough about explaining how the system works and adding new things that would help with efficiency. His quote was not the best one that I got but he really had a passion for his profession. He completed a swap-out of the air handler and the actual unit. He also replaced the copper lines. He suggested using more returns in the house, which no one else had talked about. In the first year, when soemthing didn't go right, he came out to fix it at no charge because it was included as part of the original install. Chris Grey more

Quality work at a fair price! 1/26/2011

I have been very impressed with quality of AirZero's work and sense of emergency to get my AC up and running on a hot summer day. I will definitely call them again and recommend AirZero to all my friends. more
