I own a business that is open until 3AM. I set an appointment from 11-3 with their Tech. The Tech came before 9AM and when I called back, the Owner tried to lecture me about wasting their time! Well let's see, they were coming to fix a cooler for the second time in 2 months AND mis-communicated the appointment. On top of that they expect a business owner to wait for them for a 3-4 hour window! Talk about a waste of time! They are strictly for retired homeowners, not set up for commercial jobs. Completely unprofessional to boot!

Dear Sir,
All calls are scheduled through our office while the caller is on the phone - automatically time stamped at time of entry. This was the second scheduled call missed by your business. We do give a three hour window but our techs call approximately 1/2 hour ahead as we did in this case. Even without an answer we still responded because we do understand how critical refrigeration and air conditioning needs are to any business.
