The service man was very professional and more than apologetic for parts needing service, all which he had no control over. But what I thought would be just a routine maintenance call has turned into a month long nightmare of hot, sticky nights of no air, waiting for Monday service calls. After several return calls, you would think that the company would NOT charge their standard call fee, and might consider giving a slight break on their actual fee(s). Instead, I've outlayed several hundred dollars more than I expected, and it still may not be over. The service rep indicated that "usually" after replacing "this" part, "this other" part usually breaks in a week or so!!! Guess who won't be back to fix that "other" part if it breaks....

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service . The problem you had actually required a plumber to correct , we did return twice at no charge to you . Our last service call was an unrelated electrical issue that you were charged our normal rates . As with all our repairs - Pricing is given up front and approved before we proceed with the repair .
