I received a fabulous massage from Cindy. She was very nice and took the time to find out exactly what I needed. The massage was great and she even did some reflexology. Highly recommend! more

The staff was very professional and polite. The waiting area with a complimentary foot massage was an excellent way to wind down and relax before the massage. The massage was the most relaxing experience ever for a pregnant gal! I left feeling like a pampered mama! And the spa does not accept tips ! more

asked for hair to be dyed back to natural color and then highlighted. I wanted ease of maintaining. Was a platinum blonde. Still pretty much a platinum/did not change base color. Did not recieve hand massage or head massage. Paid 180.00 and had to blow dry my own hair..rediculous. The girl did not seem to know what she was doing, kept conferring with multiple other stylists. more

My suggestion is for you to put up a wall between Maya and the lobby.....it is noisy and the waterfall is annoying. I don't see how Maya stands the noise all day. Anne Farris more

My monthly pedicure! 12/21/2011

Maya does a wonderful job with my feet each month.......yesterday's was no different. My services at Z's have ALWAYS been outstanding and I am always greeted by name and with a BIG smile. I appreciate all the efforts the staff goes to providing a wonderful, relaxing experience. I have been going to Zenda's establishments for many years and do not plan to change. Thanks so much! more

Pregnancy Massage 12/21/2011

Had my first pregnancy massage yesterday and it was wonderful. I felt completely comfortable during the entire visit and left feeling much relief in my muscles, especially my back which had been the main area of concern. Am eagerly awaiting my next massage in a month or so. more

I've been a client of the Z Salon and Spa for 6 years. The stylists worked with me to truly transform my look into something manageable and in style. I always get so many compliments on my hair, and the Z Salon gets the credit! The staff is great! They are always upbeat, happy, and willing to assist. I highly recommend this location! more

Ouch. 12/19/2011

There wasn't an itinerary printed for me when I arrived. (I don't really care for the itinerary, but had to wait for one to be printed anyway.) Your nail-tech was less-than-friendly. But, more importantly, she did something to my right big toenail that has been causing me pain the last two days. I'm seven months pregnant, and it's kind of hard to care for my feet right now, but it looks like I'm going to have to, so I can figure out what the problem it before it gets worse. You guys obviously don't take nail services as seriously as everything else. It's pretty obvious from the way you put nail customers in what seems like a little closet. more

Deep Tissue Massage (60 Mins.) 12/18/2011

Thanks for the wonderful massage; Autumn was superb and I will definitely be back... Suggestions: change up music a little bit and I would personally like to be given the option to go back in the same relaxing room after the massage as we were put in before the massage. Thanks for listening! more

I now live in Indianapolis and after several attempts at aveda salons there I made the decision to drive back to Z for my hair appointments. I live in Carmel just north of Indy and it is a very wealthy area. I would LOVE if you would consider opening a salon there!! more
