I have been to the Salon for haircuts but never color. I sat down where I always sat before. The receptionist came over and ask if I had ever had my hair colored there before. I said I had not and she informed me that I was in the wrong waiting room and then proceeded to take me back to the correct area. It would have been nice had she have checked the computer rather than asking me about it in front of everyone. The Colorist was nice..she explained to me that I was going to be responsible for putting the foil on the board and handing them to her. I was a little taken back that a high-end salon would ask their clients to do that. Over all, I love my hair color..she did a great job! She also went out of her way to find someone to fix my hair as she found out that no one explained I would be responsible for doing that since I was not getting my haircut..that is something I would expect at Supercuts. To be honest, it wasn't that great of an experience which took me by surprise because I've always had such great service in the past.
