I got my hair cut, and I did not enjoy it. They were behind appt time, then tried to get more money for other services I didnt need. I then felt rushed because of the late start so they could get next customer on time and the hairdresser got angry because the hair style she did I did not like and wanted her to do something more...(its my money, and I want what I do) Save Your money and go to Tiffany's Salon. more

This was my first time visit to Z spa and it WILL NOT be my last. I really enjoyed stay there. Everyone was very nice and polite. Instantly walking in, I felt relaxed. Its a little expensive but well worth it! more

I have been going to Z's for a year or more and have always been treated well. I am greeted at the door by name. My wait is always short or non-existent. Rose always manages to make a waxing appointment less stressful than it could be. The waiting areas are very calm and soothing. I would recommend Z's to most anyone. more

I was disturbed by two people taking photos of themselves and their friends in the locker room and also in the relaxation room. While I don't believe they took any pictures of me, it made me very uncomfortable. I don't know if you have a policy about this, but I think someone should have asked them to stop. Other than that, my technicians were fantastic. more

Just switched from Josephs. Z provides much better service and value. Got the hair cut I've been trying to get for the past year the first time at Z's. I feel like a client at Z and not just another person to get through like I did at the other place. more

I just realized at my most recent appointment that two appointments prior my colorist charged me double to because she did not mix enough gloss. The exact same gloss color goes over my entire head. Because she failed to mix enough and had to mix another bowl in the middle she charged me double. This past visit I made it clear that she needed to mix enough so I would not be charged for her mistake of not mixing enough. Her mistakes from my past visits was a difference of $60 (my final bill went from $120 to $180 (just for a gloss--not highlights or permanent color, cut and style). Beware and if you are getting just a gloss you should not be charged twice if your colorist does not mix enough the first time around. more

Reading your request for feedback caused me to think it is amazing how it doesn't feel like 16 years! The only thing that has changed over this time is your location :)I am always greeted by hearing my name, what an immediate personal connection and how the beautiful young women always remember is beyond my comprehension. I go to the color section and put my things in the "easy to use" lockers and receive THE BEST HAIR COLOR in all of Louisville, I receive lots of complements on how natural the color looks-Kasey is so fun! Even Taylor who cuts my hair is impressed and sent her a handwritten note praising her for the great color. And TAYLOR-oh my goodness, when my son was married last June she encouraged me to come the morning of wedding so my hair would be at its best, I didn't think of that and changed my appt. which caused her to come in early that morning to accommodate this change in the schedule-"no problem" she said! It is this quality of service and attention to detail that first impressed me at Z's-and it doesn't hurt that my husband and I both receive hugs when we come in. Foster and I believe we are Z's most loyal fans and appreciate so much the honest, hard working and beautiful staff that greets us by name and takes extroadinarily good care of our beauty needs!
