Review content:
There wasn't an itinerary printed for me when I arrived. (I don't really care for the itinerary, but had to wait for one to be printed anyway.) Your nail-tech was less-than-friendly. But, more importantly, she did something to my right big toenail that has been causing me pain the last two days. I'm seven months pregnant, and it's kind of hard to care for my feet right now, but it looks like I'm going to have to, so I can figure out what the problem it before it gets worse. You guys obviously don't take nail services as seriously as everything else. It's pretty obvious from the way you put nail customers in what seems like a little closet.
