Another great massage experience 12/1/2011

Going to Z Salon for a service, especially a massage, is a guaranteed hour or so of relaxation. Everyone who works there is great and the facilities well put together. From the sauna to the tea and apples in the waiting area to the expert technicians, I love it all. more

when arriving, I learned my appt had been deleted from the system. Staff scrambled to get me re-assigned to another stylist/colorist, which all worked out great in the end. However, it was not a relaxing appt since I was using someone new to me. Perhaps the people making appts should be better trained? The day I made this appt, I made several for upcoming months, and I even repeated them all back to the girl. I do not know what happened. more

Wonderful Facial 11/29/2011

If anyone is thinking of getting a facial @ Z's, make sure to ask for Bella. She is usually booked weeks in advance, but well worth the wait. She has been doing my facials for over 9 years. After a long and stressful day @ work, it is the perfect end to the day. I can't imagine going to anyone else. more

highlights 11/28/2011

The service there is great. I went there on Saturday morning and got full highlights. My hair felt great after my appointment, but it didn't look as though I had hoped. It looks like I already need to go in to get more highlights because she didn't go close enough to my roots. There is a line in the front of my head where my roots are brown and the highlight abruptly starts about half an inch too far. I am upset with this because I paid $75 and it already looks like it's been a month since my last appointment. more

Kelli is a wonderful hair stylist. She is always interested, friendly, kind and has a great sense of humor. My hair looks great and I'm able to style it myself and it still looks good (though not as good as when Kelli styles it)!!! Thanks Kelli! You're the best! more

Although my nail tech was very nice, this pedicure was no different than a regular pedi you can get for much cheaper. They told me on the phone I would get more massaging, and treatments on my feet, which I did not recieve. more

Color and cut 11/27/2011

The service was wonderful but its getting too pricy so don't know how long I can afford it due to getting divorce. I've been a customer for over twenty years and most of the time am please with the service more
