Always Wonderful! 12/27/2011

I've been going to Z's for almost 4 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I only see Devon Y and she's the only one I'll trust my hair with. I no longer live in the area and drive 4+ hours just for her...she listens well, never pressures me into anything I don't want to do, and keeps up with personal details. The salon itself is always clean and welcoming and all of the other girls I've interacted with are polite, helpful, and pleasant in all aspects. more

Sara was fantastic as always. Coming to the salon on Shelbyville road is new to us as we used to see Sara and Nichole at the location in the highlands but when you moved them to the current location we moved with them. They are both fantastic!! more

Challenge In Checking Out 12/24/2011

Having an early appointment (9:00 a.m.) allowed me to get checked in in a timely fashion. When it was time for me to check out (9:45 a.m.) the traffic had picked up at the front desk. I had to wait quite awhile to get someone to take my money. Because of the holidays it is understandable that there will be more traffic at the front desk with people buying gift cards in addition to the regular customers who have appointments. May I suggest that the work stations be manned at ALL times throughout the day rather than two out of three which was the case when I was there. One more person makes a big difference. Of course in this case the more the better. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to say my piece. Joyce Hameloth more

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage at the Z Spa. The staff were friendly and professional and the facility is lovely. My oly recommendation is to mpeove the quality of speakers in the massage rooms as when the music was a little loud the quality of sound deteriorated. Apart from this everything was very good. I've already recommended the Z Spa to friends and family. more

My service yesterday was super. As usual both service providers (color & cut) were excellent. That's why I keep coming back. Love that they take the time to include little, but important things such as neck massage, hand massage...etc. Thank you. more

Full body massage 12/22/2011

It was as relaxing as ever! Had the hot rocks used on me for the first time ever and they were awesome. I always enjoy using the sauna, showers and aveda products afterwards. If I had to criticize anything it would be not to try to push so many products after the massage. Im in love with all the products just not always able to afford them on top of my massage! But don't worry I will be back! more
