Pleasant and courteous 2/18/2011

We recently had an air conditioning and furnace installed at our home. We were extremely pleased with the manner in which the two workmen performed and installation. They were very courteous, fast and extremely neat. I especially appreciated the face that when they entered our house from the outside, they covered their shoes with booties so as not to soil the carpet. I would be remiss if I did not mention the salesman Jeff who sold us the Yes equipment. he was very pleasant courteous and extremely knowledgable about his product. more

Scott could have your jobs! Im not kidding, Mr M. was terrific. If your not careful, he might end up owning the company. Scott was professional, on time, had a friendly way to certainly knew what he was doing. Ive run many crews in my past work-life and id hire the dude in a second. However, I realize if you give a man too many accolades it could be the kiss of death to his career. He may run off screaming, as the Titanic Director once proclaimed to a nation-wide Oscar audience, "Im the king of the world!" so I wouldn't let him go, hes got a fan. If you know what I mean. If you want to keep him around for a while, just buy the kid a coke, pat him down on his husky shoulders and send him on to the next job. Keep the boy down, I tell you. Speaking of husky, a huge thank you for resolving the warranty issue. I stayed up until three in the morning gazing at new 50 galloner. Truly a wondrous sight, by candlelight, no less. We bought an AC from you on Monday and we wanted to comment on the excellent service we received. Our AC went out on Sunday and we called that afternoon and were told that someone would be out between 8 to 10 on Monday. Brent was here at 10:15 looked at the AC and said that it was a goner. he showed us three plans and we took number 2. He filled out the paperwork got credit at Home Depot. he said that 2 or 3 men would be here that afternoon. It was 97 in the house and I can't imagine what it was like in the attic. for those two young men. But they got it installed and cleaned up and we were cooling off by 7 o clock . We would refer your company to anyone. Thank you! more

Real professional 1/19/2011

Last week we purchased an air conditioner/furnace, a water heater and had the ducts cleaned in our home. We are writing to commend the Yes! Team that was involved in the sale, and accomplishment of that work. The salesman Richard, the A/C installers Dennis and Ed, the water heater installer John, and the duct worker cleaner Raymond (ARS) were very courteous, keenly skilled , careful of our home and cleaned up very nicely when the job was finished. It is not often that we have had work of this quality done on our home. In closing, I would like to say that both my wife and myself were very pleased that we chose Yes! as our supplier. It was a real pleasure to deal with a truely professional company like yes! more

Despite a shaky start, the team performed great, with Ed and Jordan being the main men on the installation and Mike, who did an exceptional job in the wallboard finishing and painting. We are currently renting a condo, and when we move into our home, we will call Yes & request Brian to be our service plumber... he was so helpful & solution oriented! He discussed all of our options and even when we couldn't qualify for financing, he contacted you and the shop to seek out alternative options for us. Then, when their installation team came to our home - Dennis, Chris and Ed - they demonstrated the same level of courtesy and professionalism we'd experienced earlier with Brent. They worked quickly, thoroughly cleaned up after going into our attic space, and explained all the details of our new unit and how to operate it. And their thoughtfulness to leave a gift basket of goodies was just icing on the cake! No one wants to get the news that it's time to replace their air conditioner. We knew we'd been living on borrowed ... - was thorough, professional and extremely courteous. He discussed all of our options and even when we couldn't qualify for financing, he contacted you and the shop to seek out alternative options for us. Then, when their installation team came to our home - Dennis, Chris and Ed - they demonstrated the same level of courtesy and professionalism we'd experienced earlier with Brent. Very hot couple of days 1/4/2011

I am blown away with their customer service. In the summer at 6:20am I called expecting to leave a voicemail about the problem I was having with my AC. Someone answered and scheduled Brent to be at my house between 8am and 10am. At 7:45am I got a call saying Brent was on his way. Brent arrived shortly and checked out the 20 year old failing unit. It was beyond repair. We discussed all my options and once I decided which replacement unit I wanted, Brent started calling in the order. Before we finished all the paperwork, the installation crew arrived and started their task. All the work was done by 2pm. I plan on telling everyone about their exceptional service and professionalism. I am thankful to them for making what could have been a very hot couple of days disappear in about 6 hours. more

I am writing this on behalf of technician/specialist Jordon A. He was at my house installing a heater and AC furnace. I must say his perfomance was outstanding and in a timely manner. His performance shouldn't go unnoticed. I asked many questions and he was able to provide me with answers, he cleaned up after himself which I found amazing, he re glued the tape on ac unit which was coming unglued and done by another installation specialist. He insured before he departed the premise that the AC and heater units was operational. His attitude, performance and work ethic went above and beyond expectation. Im so thankful he was chosedn to come out and install the unit couldn't ask for a better specialist. I'd like to say he's a great employee to have on board. he understands and knows his job. I gather that from our conversation. He really enjoys what he's doing. Please acknowledge him for me and let him know I say, Thank you again. more

Huge thanks 12/20/2010

I had my AC replaced tonight and the 3 guys who did it were so friendly, polite and they finished in less than 2 hours!! This was the best customer service I've ever received from repair or installation techs of any kind. They were awesome! Unfortunately I can't remember their name. They gave me a card and I give a huge thanks from me and my family. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family. more

Dennis, Pete and Jordan showed up, professionally dressed, polite and went to work like a trio of surgeons laying down plastic, taking the old system apart, bringing the new system into the house, working in very hot and unpleasant attic conditions, setting up the new system outside and hooking everything up like doctors! They were impressive, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after the project was done and then presented us with a gift basket! What else can one ask for!. Thanks alot more

On behalf of my wife and myself, we would like to thank you for the gift box that was presented to us after the professional installation of our new Rheem split AC system this afternoon. We were so impressed with your company that we have to write you this. From the very start when we met Jason H., he arrived ontime, he was dressed professional and prepared to discuss our needs in detail. Little did I know that as Jason and I were touring our backyard that our now replaced AC system had a fire start in the system electrical switch box next to the air conditioner. Jason dropped his bag without hesitation put a pair of gloves on and went to the electrical box and turned off the system that had blacked the box and part of the wall next to the AC unit. This fire was due to a local warranty replacement company who did not know what they were doing! more

We are planning to remodel our bathrooms and your name has stayed on top of our list. Ed was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about this job. He came right in and explained everything to me and assisted me in making the right decision.
