Brent - who initially came out to our home - was thorough, professional and extremely courteous. He discussed all of our options and even when we couldn't qualify for financing, he contacted you and the shop to seek out alternative options for us. Then, when their installation team came to our home - Dennis, Chris and Ed - they demonstrated the same level of courtesy and professionalism we'd experienced earlier with Brent. They worked quickly, thoroughly cleaned up after going into our attic space, and explained all the details of our new unit and how to operate it. And their thoughtfulness to leave a gift basket of goodies was just icing on the cake! No one wants to get the news that it's time to replace their air conditioner. We knew we'd been living on borrowed ... - was thorough, professional and extremely courteous. We have kept the company's business card on our bulletin board for several years - after they had come out for other repairs previously. This experience showed us that keeping that card was a great idea
