This note is to let you and the rest of the yes team know that we are very pleased with the installation for our new heating and air conditioning unit. Despite a shaky start, the team performed great, with Ed and Jordan being the main men on the installation and Mike, who did an exceptional job in the wallboard finishing and painting. We voiced a concern early and you were absolutely stellar in your response. You really do have the customer top of mind... please also extend our thanks to your operations manager Cory who handled an unhappy customer with the class you would expect from a company who stakes their reputation on Customer service. We have been delighted with the Yes! team.
