Review content:
On behalf of my wife and myself, we would like to thank you for the gift box that was presented to us after the professional installation of our new Rheem split AC system this afternoon. We were so impressed with your company that we have to write you this. From the very start when we met Jason H., he arrived ontime, he was dressed professional and prepared to discuss our needs in detail. Little did I know that as Jason and I were touring our backyard that our now replaced AC system had a fire start in the system electrical switch box next to the air conditioner. Jason dropped his bag without hesitation put a pair of gloves on and went to the electrical box and turned off the system that had blacked the box and part of the wall next to the AC unit. This fire was due to a local warranty replacement company who did not know what they were doing!
