I am blown away with their customer service. In the summer at 6:20am I called expecting to leave a voicemail about the problem I was having with my AC. Someone answered and scheduled Brent to be at my house between 8am and 10am. At 7:45am I got a call saying Brent was on his way. Brent arrived shortly and checked out the 20 year old failing unit. It was beyond repair. We discussed all my options and once I decided which replacement unit I wanted, Brent started calling in the order. Before we finished all the paperwork, the installation crew arrived and started their task. All the work was done by 2pm. I plan on telling everyone about their exceptional service and professionalism. I am thankful to them for making what could have been a very hot couple of days disappear in about 6 hours.
