I am writing this on behalf of technician/specialist Jordon A. He was at my house installing a heater and AC furnace. I must say his perfomance was outstanding and in a timely manner. His performance shouldn't go unnoticed. I asked many questions and he was able to provide me with answers, he cleaned up after himself which I found amazing, he re glued the tape on ac unit which was coming unglued and done by another installation specialist. He insured before he departed the premise that the AC and heater units was operational. His attitude, performance and work ethic went above and beyond expectation. Im so thankful he was chosedn to come out and install the unit couldn't ask for a better specialist. I'd like to say he's a great employee to have on board. he understands and knows his job. I gather that from our conversation. He really enjoys what he's doing. Please acknowledge him for me and let him know I say, Thank you again.
