Every company has good employees, great employees and sub-par. It's impossible to have every customer service transaction be marvelous or awful. Yes says they're about customer convenience. This morning they confirmed an appt. Then 45 minutes later, called to cancel - twice. Yes says they have quality techs. But the last time they sent a plumber, Yes wound up putting in a new water heater at their expense because their tech damaged our water heater - during routine maintenance. And then last summer, we get a good tech who did a great job on time. It's a crap shoot. Their motto should be - we'll do the best job our tech can do when we can get there. It's more honest. And then you'll know that every once in a while you'll get exceptional and other times, they'll confirm and then cancel. It's just a company. Don't buy the hype. Don't believe the haters. Use the vendor who can show up and that may or may not be Yes.
