Big prices for the experience. They charge as much as spas that have whirlpools, steam rooms, and other ""extra"" member services when they don't have anything extra except old brownies, water, and snack bars. In the beginning, they offered champagne...no more of that! Got ripped off on a make up lesson...$60 for 15 minutes of a VERY simple face make up...didn't cleanse the face first or even provide foundation! Massages are great though and people at the desk ARE very friendly and helpful. Buyer beware!
