I have to say that I have been to several spas in the Indianpolis area and by far Villagio has it going on! Not only is the spa a lovely place to pamper yourself, the staff is always helpful and friendly and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are very inviting and relaxing, the music is wonderful, the relaxation room is just that--relaxing and roomy and I LOVE the cucumber water & they even have snacks! My girlfriends and I do a spa day 1x a year together and they come from all over. We weren't able to get into Villagio so we regretably had to go to another very well known spa in Carmel. We were VERY disappointed with the services and staff and will never go there again. We all said...""wow, it really makes us appreciate how great Villagio is!""
