I have made my appointments by phone, online and on my iphone while at a stop light! I even made an appointment on a Sunday morning this winter when we had 4 inches of snow on the ground. I love a healthcare option that understands that working families struggle to get places. They have come to my office, to G'ma's house, etc. The service is great, the care is excellent and they utilize technology. I LOVE this service. more

AT LAST-HOUSE CALLS!!!! 9/15/2010

I have used White Glove several times after hearing about it from a co worker. Not only do I not have to wait in a doctor's office with other sick people, but I don't have to get out to get a prescription filled, either. White Glove brings everything you need. When my precription was not available through the nurse, she called my pharmacy and they delivered TO MY DOOR within 2 hours. If your insurance covers this, you are nuts if you don't use White Glove. more

Outstanding Service! 9/8/2010

White Glove provides superior service, timing and product! I was too sick to think of driving and going to a doctor's office and a friend at work reminded me that White Glove was part of our service. I called at the end of the day, not sure if they could fit me in. Not only did they fit me in, the nurse called and said he could be there earlier if it was convenient for me. He gave me something that almost immediately settled my stomach and a prescription that worked magic as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am SO grateful this service is available!! Use them if you can!! more

The whole experience was comfortable. The nurse was nice and informative. I didn't have an uncomfortable wait at a hospital and my medication was included in my co-pay. I would absolutely recommend this service to others. more

Convenient and Comfortable 8/18/2010

So much more convenient than trying to get into a doctor. I got to feeling really rough at work with bad allergies, and they came to visit me on MY schedule, and I was able to get back to work in no time. more

Great Service and Convenient 8/17/2010

Whiteglove House Call Health is great. I called at 3:00 and they said they would send someone around 5:00. I got a call from the nurse about 10 minutes later saying she was ahead of schedule and could be here before 4:00. She was here about 20 minutes but was very thorough and helpful. Can you get that kind of service at urgent care or your regular doctor? Plus my insurance is $100 for urgent care. I paid $60 for this visit and the rest of my insurance year will only be $30 if I need them to visit again. Love that they had the meds I needed and I didn't have to go to the Pharmacy to get them. more

Recently, when stuck at home with vertigo, this service came in very handy! They arrived quickly, confirmed the diagnosis and had some medication for nausea on hand. My work place recently went to a point system, so to leave work for any reason has become quite a hassle. I was not feeling "bad", but not quite right either, I had swelling in my lymph nodes that was quite noticeable so I decided to try White Glove --BEST decision I made. I registered on line and with in 15 minutes they returned a call to see me . They were at my work in less than an hour, I had a meeting to be in so they came over checked me out brought the meds and a really sweet care package and I was on my way within 30 minutes. The nurse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to what I needed. I would definitely use them again. Pros: convenient,affordable Cons: pay with credit card more

If you usually see a Physican Assistant, use WhiteGloves. 6/29/2010

I'm frequently afflicted by sinus infections. When I realise it's too late, OTC meds are just not going to help, I usually go to a walk-in clinic and wait an hour to see a Physican Assistant. This is opposed to a two-week wait to see my General Practitioner. WhiteGloves responds to my web request or phone call within 5-15 minutes, and can have a PA at my doorstep in an hour. I can avoid a drive to the clinic, avoid an hour in a waiting room full of other sick people, and receive the exact same level of medical care, including prescriptions. I even received preventative advice the clinic PA's never mentioned ("get a neti pot"). I haven't tried this yet, but I could probably even arrange a WhiteGloves visit over my lunch break, and not miss work. Five stars. Pros: House calls! Fast! Cons: None, as long as you're OK with seeing a Physician Assistant more

Great Idea! 6/23/2010

My husband and I were both really sick. Luckily, our 11 month old son hadn't caught it yet. It was so helpful to be able to call WhiteGlove and have Sally come out to our house. It would have been such a pain to get ourselves ready, get the baby ready, get out in the 100 degree heat to go to the doctor's office. We really appreciated the goody bags she brought. And she spent a good amount of time visiting with us about our illnesses... more time than we would've gotten from a doctor! It was a great experience! Pros: They come to you! Cons: none really more

This is the best form of healthcare I've found. I only wish they did xrays! Very easy to schedule appointments, they provide you with meds, a care package of goodies, all in the comfort of your own home and all I had to pay was my co-pay! I'm a huge fan of this service. Called at 4:30 and the nurse arrived at my door at 6:00. Provided a full checkup and the medications were included in my co-pay. Great for busy professionals and parents. Used this service several months ago with my daughter and I was hooked. No more waiting in crowded Dr's office's with other sick children. Was refered by an office friend and could not believe the service. A couple clicks on the website and I have a callback within minutes to set up my appointment. I had a busy day so we decided to make the appointment at my office between meetings. The NP that showed up was friendly, professional, and had me taken care of quickly - even my perscriptions were taken care of on the spot! As a person who normally avoids the Dr. using my schedule as an excuse....no more! I have used the service several times now and can honestly say this is the best service I have come accross - not only as it pertains to medical, but the best service I have found period. Do yourself a favor and sign up. My insurance covers this completely...we are hopeful that my wife's insurance gets on board soon too. Pros: super convenient Cons: have not found a con yet! more

As a business executive, I need to be in the office ready to face the day, not laid up in bed or waiting for hours in a doctor?s office. I have used White Glove twice and have been amazed with their service and value. Best Value in Medical Care 5/13/2010

This is a very good service. It may seem expensive, having to pay your specialist copay, which is $50 for me, but I would pay that at a walk-in urgent care clinic, but not get the benefit I get with White Glove. I don't have to leave my home when I'm sick, they come to me, they have a wellness kit, packed full of crackers, soup, healthy drinks, pudding/applesauce, they have free generic meds on hand, AND, it's just the 1st visit that's $50, at least with my insurance. Subsequent visits are just $35. The professionals that come to see us are very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, etc. We've used them multiple times and will continue.
