We have used this service in 2 different occasions now. My husband gets colds often as he travels often with work and gets exposed to so much at public places like airports, bathrooms, etc. WhiteGlove comes to you, any day, any time which works well with my husband's schedule. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and they deliver our medicines to you as well. They even bring you a care package with crackers, chicken soup, jello, etc. If you have a hectic schedule, little kids that make it difficult to leave your house and go to a doctor's office or the ER, if you are too sick to leave your house and home alone, this is the service for you! Pros: you don't have to leave your bed! Cons: Your insurance may not cover the monthly fee $35 more

My insurance is now allowing us to use WhiteGlove House Call Health for a co-pay. It is an awesome service. Especially because not only do they come to your house but their hours are awesome. How many times have you been sick after hours or on a weekend and had to suffer through until Monday? How many times have you had to fight a sick child to get dressed so you could get them to the doctor? No longer an issue with this service. The nurse that came to my home late on a Sunday evening not only ran through a regular checkup but ran a strep test right at my kitchen table due to how red my throat was. Not only that, when she was done she provided medication and a care package that were included at no charge in the cost of the visit! I work in the healthcare profession. I have used WhiteGlove House Call Health three occasions. Initially, they came to my employer's Women's Health Fair and did a Wellness Screen as it was a new service being offered by our insurance company. At that time, I received detailed information regarding their program, my vitals were taken, and labs were drawn free of charge. The next day all the lab results were emailed to me and I received a follow up call to discuss the results. The second time, I scheduled my appointment online while at work because I was sick and had to finish a 16 hr shift. They responded in 30 minutes and I was seen in less than 2 hours right at my workplace. My co-pay included the generic medications they prescribed, lab testing done right then, and a great care package with ALL the necessities when you are not feeling well from soup and gatorade to tissues and tylenol. The third time, they came to my home. They didn't have all the medications I needed but had someone go to my pharmacy and deliver them to my home (you pay your med co-pay only not for delivery). Again, lab testing was done and the great care package. You always get a hard copy of what was discussed regarding your health care recommendations in addition to it being emailed to you. You get a follow-up call the next day to see how you are feeling. Anything to be charged to your credit card other than your visit co-pay they call you about in advance (ie medication co-pays from the pharmacy). Care is prompt and thorough. Everyone I have come in contact with has been courteous, professional, and provided great care. They even completed my FMLA paperwork for me related to my illness. Experienced Nurse Practioner came to my office. She was very professional. Took complete medical history, took vital signs temp, blood pressure, did very complete exam. Gave prescriptions right then, gave patient bag with crackers, soda, soup-All the items I neeeded to make me feel better. I was not contagious, was able to stay at work and already had medications. I would recommend White Glove to anyone. I was very pleased and did feel much better the next day. Did not have to leave work, or drive and wait at the doctor. Did not have to pick up prescriptions. I really recieved great service and did not have to go sit among other people. Plus, my kid was sick, so I was capable of getting treated without finding a sitter or torturing him by dragging him to dr. with me. They offer a complimentary bag that was really useful to me. I was down with what I thought was flu and feeling horrible. I had tried to go to my doctor's office but the wait was so long I left. Then I remembered that my insurance covers this service. I had been bitten by some sort of insect I could not get an appointment at my primary doctor, I contacted the WhiteGlove service they came to my office and treated me, they made me feel very special and will continue to utilize this service for minor emergencies....not to mention the goddie bag that you get. The nurse practioner was professional, knowlegdeable, and caring. I received a follow-up call to check on my condition. The amenities bag was so appreciated and relevant. I don't see a downside. My wife heard about this service from the radio while she was picking my sick daughter up from school. She called me and asked if we should try it. When she said that our insurance would pay for it and all I would be out was the copay; I said okay.... I cannot tell you how well my daughter and family enjoyed this service. We didn't have to take a sick child to the Dr. and sit for hours, the PA was very personable and knowledgable and came to the house on time within a couple of hours. I called for an appointment and the nurse arrived in less than 2 hours, and 30 minutes early. I was in great pain as I was later diagnosed as having a strep throat infection. My glands were swollen. I couldn't eat, drink or swallow. After the nurse arrived and complete all preliminary procedures she examined me right a way.
