GREATEST PERK WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE 5/5/2011

Our health care rep explained WhiteGlove to our office about a month ago in our annual health care meeting. I came down with horrible throat pains. My job consists of answering the phone, so not being able to talk is awful in our industry. more

Great new healthcare option! 4/30/2011

My son had an infection on his leg that, were it not for WhiteGlove coming to us, would have taken a lot longer for him to receive treatment. They came to our house just a couple of hours after I called on a Sunday morning. He received wonderful, personal attentive care and the infection went away with treatment after a few days. We couldn't be happier! more

Pleasantly Surprised 4/26/2011

I am the COO of a medium size Dallas company. I was excited to hear about this service but I admit I was skeptical when the benefit coordinator first told us about it. My 2 year old came down with what I suspected was another ear infection over a weekend and his regular pediatrician could not see him on Monday. The nurse arrived a little before the promised time and proceeded to examine my son very thoroughly and efficiently. She mixed the antibiotic and left us with some ibuprofen for the fever and ear drops for the pain. Even though the visit took longer to schedule than I was led to believe, it was worth it. I didn't have to pack him into the car and sit in the waiting room with a bunch of sick children. He stayed at home watching his favorite DVD while she worked. I will happily call WhiteGlove again and would recommend it to anyone! more

Easy as making a phone call 4/25/2011

The service sounded too good to be true when our benefits coordinator told us about it. I decided to try it what did I have to loose. I was blown away it was even better than advertised. The nurse practitioner that visited me was very helpful and very nice. Getting the little get well kit was a nice touch. Best of all the medications I needed were given right there on the spot and did not cost anything additional. I was really impressed. Now I am sure this is only for common drugs but that is how I see using this service anyways. I would highly recommend this service. Very convenient for those of us that has a hard time getting out of work completely. My only complaint is my wife and kids plan does not offer the service. This would be very helpful for them. I wrote a letter to their health care provider begging them to include the plan. more

Great alternative to traditional doctor 4/13/2011

I've used White Glove twice now -- one visit to my office and one visit to my home (on a Sunday!) Both visits were great -- the nurses are professional, knowledgable and kind. Get-well supplies were provided as well as medication -- no visit to the pharmacy required! It is difficult to get an appointment on the same day you call, but if you don't have a situation requiring immediate treatment, I would completely recommend White Glove -- a great service! more

Helpful House Call 4/13/2011

What a wonderful service!! My son was under the weather and feeling bad. Rather than packing him up, fighting traffic and sitting in a doctor's waiting room with 10 other sick kids, White Glove came to our house to take care of him. The nurse was very professional, friendly and caring. She was able to provide medicine as well as a nice care package filled with various necessities. I highly recommend this service!! more

Great Care without the Doctor 4/6/2011

I didn't want to sit in a doctor's office for hours just hoping that another patient would cancel so I could slide into the vacancy. WhiteGlove was great! I was able to get the rest I needed in my own home and have a professional come to me. The nurse arrived about 10 minutes early. She was polite, professional, and caring. She probably gave me more time than the doctor would have. I will definitely use this service again when I am sick. more

White glove came out to my place of employment and I must say I was really impressed with their service. You can bet I will use them as needed the service was great and the staff was wonderful. If your not feeling well but not sick enough to go sit in the Dr office give them a call you will happy you did. more

White Glove is a time saver! 2/28/2011

I was so sick two weeks prior. I had to call White Glove to come to my work. They gave me prescriptions right then and send me 10 day antiobiotic UPS two days later. I will use White Glove again. Even though I continued to get pneumonia, I still had to go to a Doctor's office for stronger antibiotics. I am still recovering from pneumonia and now it turned into bronchitis. I would recommend White Glove to any DART personnel. Thanks for your help White Glove! more

WhiteGlove services are a ground breaking return to the way healthcare was handled in the 1800's. It is so easy to make a call and have a healthcare provider show up to your home or office to take care of the simple medical issues that can cost you a half day of time waiting in a Dr office. The last time I needed the service, it was one simple payment, and everything was taken care of. more

Best way to receive health care. 2/23/2011

We use White Glove for most of our medical care. We find it much more conveinant to recieve health care at home or work. I hate going to the dr. office when im sick then having to go get a prescription filled, when all you really want to do is be at at home. By calling White Glove we can take care of the dr. visit and the pharmacy visit all from home. On the last visit for my daughter, White Glove prescribed an antibiotic for her to take for 10 days, left us with the medicine to get started, we then received the remainder in the mail two days later making it where we never had to leave the house. more

LOVE WHITE GLOVE. How wonderful to not have to pack up a sick kid ( and the other non sick ones) to be seen by a medical professional! This was my 2nd visit from Whiteglove to my family this year. Both NP's were very professional and kind. They arrived on time and were very comprehensive in the questions and exam. AND THEN they whipped out a RX's for the strep and the ear infection right then and there. DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO GO TO THE Pharmacy!!! As a final touch they left a care package both times with all kinds of goodies! LOVE WHITE GLOVE!! more

Excellent and convenient medical care 2/11/2011

This was our first experience with having medical care come to our home. We found out about them through our HR department at work. Because of my husbands hectic work schedule it is very difficult to get to the doctor. He had been sick for almost two weeks so we called White Glove and tehy came out at our convenience. The FNP was very thorough and professional. They even brought the medication with them along with a care pack of soup, crackers, tylenol, gatorade, etc.. All for the same price as our co pay at a doctors office and all in the comfort of our own home. No waiting in a stuffy waiting room and we did not have to go to the pharmacy and pay for that seperately because they gave them to us. I highly recommend this service. more

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE. OUR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WAS EXACTLY THAT...PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THIS APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MY NEAR THREE YEAR OLD AND HE WASN'T THE MOST COOPERATIVE AND SHE DID NOT MIND A BIT. I WAS ABLE TO GET HIM GOING ON HIS NEEDED MEDICATION RIGHT AWAY - THEY LEAVE YOU WITH ENOUGH TO START AND THEN YOU ARE SHIPPED THE REMAINING PRESCRIPTION. THEY ALSO LEAVE YOU A CARE KIT! VERY NICE TOUCH. THANKS WHITE GLOVE. WE WILL BE CALLING YOU AGAIN, WITHOUT A QUESTION! more

Great Benefit! 2/8/2011

My experience with White Glove was incredible. It was so convenient to have someone come to my home and see me. My busy schedule does not allow for time to sit in a doctor's office, so White Glove is definitely my preferred choice from now on. The assistant was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The well kit and started medication was a great benefit as well as the delivery of medication to my home. That saved me a trip to the drug store. I would definitely recommend White Glove's services to anyone! more

Love White Glove!!! 1/21/2011

After using White Glove for the first time, I won't be sitting in my doctor's office any time soon. So convenient to have them come to you. They are very thorough, have meds and a well kit with them, and came to my jobsite so I didn't have to miss work. A delivery person even picked up my prescriptions at Walmart and brought them to my home on Saturday! Now that's service! I hope in the future they will service my home area, Johnson County. more
