Whiteglove House Call Health

I recently fell ill. I had a 101.4? fever, aches headache and all that funk that comes with it. I'm a member of White Glove, so I give them a call, schedule a visit, then sat at home and started watching Being John Malkovich. Before I was even part of the way through, they showed up. My LPN was very nice knowledgeable and I really feel like she went the extra mile. She tested me for Flu, again in my living room at home, I was negative. She had tamiflu to treat me if I did have it. I had some pain in my back, so she tested my urine for... um whatever it is they test urine for. This time not in my living room, instead in my bathroom but again results were almost instant (and not bad, just concentrated urine that is common with a high fever). She diagnosed me with sinusitus and a virus. Treated with a 3 day antibiotic, prescription nose spray and allergy pills. Included in my treatment were the drugs mentioned, some tylenol, some advil, chicken soup, gatorade, apple sauce, crackers, a ginger ale, cough drops (the good halls not some crappy no name weird fruit flavored cough drops), a small pack of kleenex and a jello snack. ALL OF THIS COST LIKE $35. Pros: Don't have to sit in a crappy waiting room Cons: Not available everywhere... yet more

Very friendly staff, quick and efficient service. Would recommend to everyone! This is perfect for people like me who do not like to go to crowded Dr.'s offices and wait in line for hours to be seen. The providers come to you! They also bring medication or can deliver it to your home if they do not carry it (filed under your health plan for an additional co-pay). They also have a well kit that has food and drinks to help you feel better ei: chicken soup, gatorade, pudding, apple sauce, tissue, tylenol, advil etc. all included in your one co-pay! I loved this service. Great available hours. I couldn't believe this type of service even exists. I used them for myself and husband. They came on time. Met all my needs. Definitely received a great deal for my copay. I was so glad I didn't have to drag my 1 year old with me to my doctor's office. The only thing I need to be prepared for next time is that since the provider was female they required a female chaperone to be there when treating my husband. We've called WhiteGlove 4 times now and have experienced the same professionalism and promptness each time. I've called them for me and 2 of my kids. When you aren't feeling well, the last thing you want to do is get out and drive somewhere, then sit in a waiting room. WhiteGlove has been out to see us within 2 hours of our call each time, except the one time I called just before 8pm and asked if they could come the next morning. Every time we have used WhiteGlove, the care and treatment is always top notch. Their practitioners are always friendly and prompt, caring and thorough. We have used them on several occasions for the entire family, including my two year old. I cannot express how grateful I am for this service. When you are not feeling well, the last thing you want to do is get in the car and sit in a waiting room. With WhiteGlove, you can stay at home, where you are the most comfortable, and get superior treatment. It is worth every penny! My only wish is that they would stay 'open' just a little later. We have used the WhiteGlove service 3 or 4 times now and each time the nurses have been exceptional. The level of care exceeds that of my Dr. office. They take the time to listen to you and you are not rushed. My sons refuse to go to the dr. office and always ask if we can just call the nurse. I really like the fact that they will meet me where I am and I do not have to make special arrangements with work if i need to be seen. Yes, they will even come to your place of employment if that is what you want. Too cool! Waiting rooms are a thing of the past for my family. Thank you WhiteGlove. White Glove House Call Health is absolutely fantastic. I got the service through my work, and at first, I was skeptical. My first call was when my daughter developed a cough. Now, I don't take her to see the doctor unless it's something serious. White Glove can handle virtually anything - from infections to bronchitis and from the flu to immunizations - they do it all. The best part is that they do it quickly, professionally, and kindly. Every person to visit my home was respectful and kind; they genuinely cared about myself and my daughter. Pros: Everything! I became really sick on a Friday afternoon and knew it would be horrible if I had to wait to go to the doctor until Monday. I called the service Sat morning and someone was at my house within two hours. The lady was extremely professional and nice. She talked through everything with me and gave me medicine to start taking right away. She even brought me a get well soon package. Someone even called me the next day, Sunday, to check to see if I needed anything else. I will definitely use this service again. I called at 9:45 sunday morning, they arrived at my home at 10:45 and it was just like a doctor office visit, except in my home. Gave me all my medicine , and so I did not have to go to the pharmacy, brought me a bag of goodies, soup, cough drops, juice, tissue, apple sauce, jello, and much more, then called next day to check on me. When you are sick the last thing you want to do is go sit in a doctors office or urgent care center for hours and expose yourself or others to a multitude of illness. Wow! Our company just started using WhiteGlove, and I can't even begin to explain how convenient it truly is. Our employees don't have to leave work to go sit in the waiting room at a doctor's office for those common illnesses, such as the common cold, flu, etc. We just register on the website for give WhiteGlove a call, and they arrive at our office within a few hours. The appt I had was approx 20 minutes long, as opposed to being away from the office for 2 hours with going to my regular physician, PrimaCare or CareNow. This service is fantastic! They will send a Nurse Practitioner to your home or business. They are courteous, knowledgeable and have prescriptions readily available. They even send the remainder directly to your house. No need to go out in the cold or heat, get treated in the comfort of your own home. Having access to White Glove has made my life so much easier on multiple occasions and already this year. A few days after New Year?s I tested positive for the Flu. The nurse was able to see me the same day my symptoms started, in my home, confirmed it with a Flu test and called in my prescription. I know without a doubt that their in-home, quick service allowed me to recover much quicker than if I had to wait for an appointment at a traditional medical office and it was so much easier on me. This service is awesome! I didn't feel well and didn't feel like getting out to see a dr. I decided to try this service and was pleasantly surprised. I would do this every time I'm sick as long as it's nothing serious. They gave me all the Rx's I need too. Pros: best value for money more

I have had WhiteGlove out to residence twice now, and both times were wonderful. I had two different PAs and they were both very nice and able to correctly diagnose me. The second time the PA had to call in a perscription for me and it went very smoothly. The follow up calls were nice, too. I've never had a doctor call me the next day and asked if I felt any better. I called and was given an appt the next morning. The nurse practioner came and was very friendly. She gave me something for my cough and also something to help with my congestion. Unfortunately, my bronchitis did not get better so i called again. The nurse practioner called in some anti-biotics and other meds to help speed up my recovery and that it did...totally love this service. Pros: Easy Cons: None so far more
