When I used WhiteGlove, I had already read about my symptoms on WebMD. I was already doing the "over the counter" processes and was told by the service to continue what I was doing. WhiteGlove did not do anything that I wasn't already doing for myself. I paid them to tell me what I was already doing for myself. Two days later I had to go to the doctor's office for the exact problems that I had called WhiteGlove about. I received three prescriptions and got better. No one from WhiteGlove checked on me, but I was asked to write a review on City Search. When I didn't write the review out of politeness to WhiteGlove, I received a second request to write a review by their VP of Marketing. Here's the review.
Pros: WhiteGlove comes to you
Cons: Same advice from Web MD
