GREATEST MEDICAL SERVICE!! 2/6/2012

I was starting to feel a little under the weather, but really didn't want to make an appointment to go see my doctor (who takes at least 2-3 days to get in to, and is also not very convenient to get to either). I remembered this service that my company paid for us all to be members of (WhiteGlove Health) and so I thought I would give them a try. I contacted WhiteGlove and within minutes had my appointment set for the very next morning (mind you, I called at 3:00 PM - they said had I called earlier in the morning, they could have come that day). The nurse practitioner came to my office, asked all the questions that you would normally have to answer at the doctor's office, then she diagnosed and prescribed AND dispensed the medication I needed!! All in the 20 minutes she was here AT MY WORK. All for 1 flat co-pay. A-MAZING! Definitely a service more companies should offer their employees. Unbelievable service, The nurse was professional, friendly, and very upbeat. The diagnosis of a sinus infection resulted in the proper antibiotics and decongestant. The get well kit is a plus and a nice surprise. They even followed up the next day to inquire about the service and how I was doing. Has your doctor's office ever done that? Could not be happier. Amazing service & care 1/31/2012

I LOVE White Glove! My experience with them has been amazing. I called after they were closed on a Tuesday night and they called me back first thing in the morning Wednesday and were at my work at 11am sharp! I ended up having a sinus infection and they brought the meds with them so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy AND the meds were included in the price of the visit! They also brought me a "well kit"- a cute little box of soup, kleenex, cough drops, jello, pudding, chicken noodle soup, gatorade, and crackers! You honestly can't get better than that! My nurse practitioner was very nice, very thorough and made sure I understood everything. And she came to see me within an hour of making the appointment online. She was even early! Prescriptions were included in my co-pay, so that's awesome. And I got a follow-up phone call to check on me to see if I was better. I was. The box of emergency supplies was so appreciated, too. I would have had to call a friend to go to the pharmacy for me if WhiteGlove didn't do all that. I can't wait to get sick so I can call them again. Pros: null Cons: null more

WE just got this service thru our insurance at work. This is the second time I have used them and both times were great. The nurse was very kind and everything she did was explained. I am hooked on Whiteglove! What a treat to have a friendly, knowledgeable nurse practitioner come to my home when I was ill. She was able to diagnose my problem and give me meds to get me feeling better quickly. I especially enjoyed the Wellness Kit she brought, full of great goodies like throat drops, chicken noodle soup and crackers, Jello, tissues, pain medicine, and more. Wonderful Service 11/8/2011

This is a great service for your minor illness. It's nice that you dont have to take time out of your busy schedule to go sit in a doctors office for a long time and miss work and then run to the pharmacy to drop off your prescription and then return later to pick it up. The staff is very pleasant and the PA takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. They also follow up with you which is a plus. I highly recommend this service. Convenient, polite, knowledgeable, and a great value 10/5/2011

Very convenient service for basic illness. I knew I had bronchitis. The nurse gave me antibiotics which I probably didn't need because bronchitis is usually viral, but at least I had them if I didn't get better. They also gave me steroids and told me to use my asthma inhaler which I think really helped. Nurse was very personable. Excellent service at excellent price if you have this as part of your insurance plan. They checked in a few times to make sure I was getting better. I would definitely recommend White Glove. more

Nice, convenient service! 10/5/2011

I knew I was getting a sinus infection that would need antibiotics, but was still working and didn't want to take the time to go to the doctor, wait, etc. When I called just before noon, they were able to schedule someone to meet with me at 3 p.m. The PA came to my office and did all of the typical handiwork--temperature, blood pressure, etc. She was even concerned I may have strep and did a strep test on my right there. No strep, thankfully. But, it was a sinus infection that required antibiotics. She gave me a 3-day prescription and told me the additional 7 days would be in the mail. I am thankful for her care and concern, but the convenience of Whiteglove is unmatched. The well-kit provided all the little things one runs to the store to get when feeling ill (chicken noodle soup, gatorade, crackers, cough drops, and more). Please use them if you are able! In addition, it only cost me my copay! more

I love having them come to my house; but the monthly membership fees aren't worth it and you can't cancel your contract unless you call on a specific day of the year! more

I may never go to the doctor again 8/27/2011

I called my doctor's office and was told that I could get in to see the doctor in two weeks. Since I had fever and an awful cough I decided to try White Glove. I called and was able to schedule a visit over lunch that day. The Nurse Practitioner got there early, quickly diagnosed the issues, and left me with medications to start immediately. She also got a prescription delivered to my house the very next day. I believe that starting the meds quickly got rid of the infection before it led to something more serious and I didn't miss a moment of work. I may never go back to a doctor's office. Awesome! more
