Whiteglove House Call Health

I called at 5pm in the evening with severe back pain. I was stuck at work until 6pm, and lived about 45 minutes away from the office. I was able to schedule a 7pm appointment for my home, ands the Nurse Practitioner actually beat me home! We sat at my kitchen table, she left a nice goodie "get well" kit, and called a prescription into my neighborhood pharmacy. All together, I was most impressed with the organization, and I wouldnt hesitate to utilize the service again...especially as I have two young boys whom i'd rather not load up to go sit in a waiting room all night! more

I was very aprhensive and suspicious when my employer told me of this new service available through our health insurance. It was too good to be true. A nurse practioner comes to your house, diagnoses common ailments, leaves perscription medicine AND leaves you with a box FULL of helpful feel better goodies, all for the price of an office co-pay! more

This service is just awesome. Feeling really poorly one day, a co-worker encouraged me to call White Glove. I registered and made an appointment, and they were there within 2 hours. No kidding. The nurse was prompt and super nice, and had the medications I needed, even a shot (I was having an allergic reaction to something and needed a steroid shot!) She even left me with the well kit. This was SO easy and I didn't even have to take time off from work. Awesome!! more

This is an awesome service!!! I was super busy at work and had been feeling bad for almost a week with no time to go to the doctor's office. I emailed WhiteGlove and within 5 minutes they called me to find out what time they could come and see me! My nurse was amazing and very knowledgeable with what the problem was. He was very thorough and had a great personality. I received my medication, a care package and reassurance that I would be feeling better in about 24 hours. The nurse came to my office within 30 minutes of my calling. She was professional, assessed all my symptoms, diagnosed my problem and was on her way within 30 minutes...no PTO time necessary and the most convenient way to be taken care of. Takes 'house calls' to a whole new level...absolutely awesome! more

The nurse came to my office within an hour of calling in my symptoms. She brought a care package which had alot of goodies in them. She checked my temp and blood pressure then we discuessed my symptoms. She already had meds with her since she had a feeling she knew my diagnosis after me telling her my symptoms over the phone before she came. She gave me enough meds to last me for 3 days but had more meds shipped to my house vis UPS so I had enough for 10 days. I didn't have to leave my office to go to the doctor and sit around for hours with a bunch of sick people in the waiting room. I didn't have to go drop off a presciption to be filled then wait or go back and pick it up. White Glove did everything for me! I highly recommend their service. I wish they serviced all cities in the US. more

The nurse was so nice and knowledgable that I felt comfortable knowing I was going to get better. I had my medicine within minutes and she ruled out other worries I had. She took my blood pressure, checked my temperature and my oxygen level. The care package is so nice and was unexpected. I recently utilized the WhiteGlove service provided through my employer's health coverage. The service exceeded my expectations. The provider arrived early for the appointment and had all of the equipment and medicine necessary to treat my illness. The "Get Well" package was a ncie treat as well. First time user. Excellent experience. I am known to be a very hard person to please and very critical of customer service. I kept looking for the hidden problems, costs, etc. Nothing ever developed on the negative side. I would not hesitate to call them again. the customer service is top notch - from the initial enrollment to the phone call to get service to the timeliness of the visit and the professionalism of the nurse. I used the WhiteGlove service for the first time a week ago and more than pleased. Several of my coworkers have said they loved it & encourged me to try it. I just dont see the need in going to a doctor in the future. They were quick, professional, and inexpensive. I loved that it was one price for everything, medical visit and medication. This was so cool! Made an appt that morning and they called on there way to let me know how far away they were. My nurse was on time. Very thorough examining me. had medicane for me and a get well packet. all in about 30 minutes time. Saved me money and time. I don't want to be sick, but can't wait to use them again ! more

I have recently experienced the use of WhiteGlove House Call Health, provided through my health insurance. It was great, not having to sit in the doctor's office waiting, especially when you are sick. The service I got was just as great as going to the doctor's office. I will definitely use them again and will recommend that everyone check with their insurance provider to see if they offer this service and, if not, they should suggest it. more

When I first heard about WhiteGlove I thought this can't be real! There is no way someone is going to come to my house or my place of work and give me medical care for the same cost as if going to see my doctor but guess what it's true. All I had to do was register online and I received a call within the hour to verify my appointment. The nurse practitioner that came to my house was on time, very friendly and thorough. She even brought a well kit that had soup, crackers, gatorade, and much more in it. I think this is a wonderful service because WhiteGlove is available 365 days from 8am-8pm. It's especially great when you just don't have 3-4 hours to take off from your job to go to the doctors office. I love it! more

I had a horrible sinus infection and was too busy at work to leave for 3 or 4 hours to go to the doctor. A co-worker who had used WhiteGlove told me to call them and they would come to our office. I registered and received a call from the scheduler right away. The nurse practitioner was at my office within an hour. She showed up with a super "wellness" kit that included everything you need when you're sick, including chicken soup, crackers, gatorade and cough drops. I was very impressed with my nurse practitioner. She put me at ease right away. She heard me cough and said, You've got an ear infection! She examined me and gave me all the meds I needed to get me through the next few days. I didn't have to leave the office and took my first antibiotic before the nurse left the building. I was thrilled with the exceptional service and the convenience made my life much easier that day. Tell everyone you know about this service, which is ideal for things like colds, sore throats, sinus infections, etc. I'm sure if you had something more serious you would want to see your regular doctor, but this service is invaluable for minor illnesses that can slow you down if not treated. I used my FSA card for the co-pay and the meds were included in the visit, unreal! So much better than sitting at an Urgent Care center for hours.
