If you have kids, you should have this service 4/5/2011

House calls for sick kids are splendid! There's no need to sit in a doctor's waiting room, soaking in the germs of all the other sick kids. A friendly nurse showed up in a matter of hours with a get-well kit chock full of goodness (chicken noodle soup, crackers, ginger ale and a variety of meds for many common ailments). And they can start you on common prescriptions on-site. more

House calls rock! 3/9/2011

I was extremely pleased with how easy, quick, and convenient it was to schedule an appt. with White Glove. I called late in the afternoon, and was able to schedule an early next day appt. I so appreciated the convenience of a house call.....not only did I not have to drag myself out in the freezing cold and wait for a hour or more at an urgent care clinic when I wasn't feeling well, but I saved money and got a care package filled with feel goodies to boot!! The attending nurse was an absolute delight...was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I highly recommend White Glove, and will definitely be calling on them in the future. more

At home or work Medical service 3/7/2011

White Glove is a very good benifitual organization that allows you to stay at your home or office while you get the same medical attention as going to the dr only white glove depending on your insurance is a 1 time fee for your Dr. services and that also includes the proper medicine you need. I expecially like this service due to the fact of convience, i dont have to take take off work to go to the dr and also i dont have to pay a co-pay plus pay for the medicine, instead its a 1 time fee and that covers your visit and medicine. If anyone is new to this service and have the availibilty to it i would very high reccomend White Glove. more

Excellent and Quick care 2/28/2011

A few weeks back I was feeling pretty awful. I had come home after a half day of work on Wednesday and was hoping I could sleep and feel better to return to work the next day. At about 5AM, after no sleep from coughing all night I went to the White Glove web site and requested a visit. I got a call right after they opened at 8AM to schedule a visit for early afternoon of the same day. Marsha arrived on time and with a great attitude. We sat in my living room as I told her my symptoms. She then checked my vitals and did a nasal swab to see what I had. After about 5 minutes I found I had Type A flu. Marsha gave me some OTC cough medicine, mucinex and steroids and a prescription for Tamiflu and Hydromet for relief from the cough. This was excellent service. I was feeling so badly that I think a long drive, followed by sitting in a doctors office would have been dangerous and spread the virus even more. Thank you Whit Glove House Call Health for your great service! more

fantastic care 2/26/2011

Whiteglove House call is a fantastic service. They came to my house and were 30 minutes early !! The service they provided was professional, polite, informational and exactly what I needed. I was provided medications as well as a prescription . Not having to drive to a doctor's more

Excellent Care!! Would recommend to anyone! 2/24/2011

I first used Whiteglove House Call Health in January when I had a sinus infection. They were at my house within 2 hours and the whole setup was very pleasant. The nurse was extremely nice and the well kit was great! I also liked the fact that I was given meds right on the spot instead of having to have them filled and everything only cost me $20!!\r \r My second experience was for my son who had an ear infection. I was disappointed in the fact that I called at 8am and was not able to have him seen until 6pm that evening. The nurse was not as 'warm' as the one I had but she came in and did what she had to do. My son has a history of getting ear infections where I take him to the doctor the day he's complaining and the doctor can't find the infection (after digging in his ear with that blue stick) and sends us on our way. Within 2 days I'm back at the doctor (because they can't just call in a prescription) and he has a full blown ear infection. I told this to the nurse who couldn't really see in his ear without making him cry. She listened to me regarding his symptoms and gave us an antibiotic. The remaining medicine was mailed to us within 2 days. Very good service. \r \r I rated it a 4 because of the time it took to be seen the second time we used this service. But it does beat sitting in a doctor's waiting room with sick people! more

WhiteGlove is the best! 2/23/2011

I have become the annoying person recommending this to everyone I know. Same day appointments in most cases, medications and care packages brought to your home or office. I had an appt for my son. He loved it! Got to watch his hunting show while the nurse tended to him! Proffessional and very friendly. What isn't to love. And no waiting 2-3 hours in the doctors waiting room! more

Cannot get seen same day...or at all? 2/17/2011

So after a previous good experience (same day service, awesome care kit, wonderful personnel) the 2nd round was good once we could get seen (had to wait 17 hours for our visit), now today I call at 8AM and there are no openings until 10AM tomorrow. BUT...it appears they cannot see you unless your temperature is BELOW 103. My daughter has a history of high temps and reguarly bounces up to 103.5 before returning to normal. So not only can they not see her today they cannot see her at all due to a WhiteGlove policy? If I knew it was the flu and she hadn't been sick for over 72 hours already, it wouldn't be so annoying, but now it is Friday and she cannot been seen by WhiteGlove or her regular doctor because they are booked up too! Must get more staff on board and need to be more upfront on policies such as high temps. Very disappointed. :( more

A Total Win Win 2/16/2011

I had been sick for over two weeks and could not shake the runny nose, sneezing, cough or sore throat. I had been traveling for work and really did not have time to waste trying to fit a doctors? limited appointment availability. I also did not feel like wasting tons of money on prescriptions or waiting inside one of the stores with a clinic. At first I was concerned that the first time I used White Glove I would need to pay a huge fee instead of just my co pay. When I called they were very helpful and took the time to walk through my insurance coverage. They were able to see me the same day, despite it being on a Friday and living all the way out in Austin Colony. The nurse showed up promptly and was very nice despite the fact that she was wearing all black and my house is covered in beagle hair ? Just like everyone states The Nurse Practitioner got right to work and confirmed that I was developing a sinus infection. She was prepared with antibiotics, pills to control the cough, two types of nasal sprays and the Wellness Kit. Even thought I read about all the things that came in the kit I was so happy to find -soup and crackers, cough drops, JELLO, applesauce, Gatorade, tissues, ginger ale (yummy), Motrin and Tylenol. . For once I did not feel cheated after going to the doctors? office. I had leaving feeling like they did not spend enough time with me for the co pay, then I have to run off to the pharmacy to spend another hefty fee for medicines and any other necessities for my road to recovery. White Glove really is worth it and I appreciate having the option. My coworkers have raved as well about onsite office visits. Just like many others I have become the annoying person recommending this to everyone I know. more

Great Service 2/13/2011

What a convenience to people with a full schedule, which is most of us. There was no room in my calendar to be sick and go to the doctor. A coworker suggested I call White Glove. I called them immediately and they came out to my office the next morning at 10:00 AM. They were right on time, which is another pleasant surprise, as it is not unusual to wait and wait in a regular doctor's office. The Nurse Practitioner got right to work and confirmed that I had a sinus infection. She was prepared with antiobiotics, pills to control the hacking cough and the Wellness Kit. I could not believe all the neat stuff that was in it-soup and crackers, cough drops, jello, applesauce, gatorade, tissues, and probabaly more that I can't remember. And, the follow-up was great. And all for a low co-payment. My husband is jealous that his employer does not offer this service. I am now a one-person advertisement for them and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly to my coworkers. more

White Glove Health 2/13/2011

I had heard all kinds of hoop-la about how good these people were, right, whatever. Boy was I wrong. Came down a 103? temperature. Didn't think much of til the next morning, couldn't break it. Called WGHCH. Registered and made an appointment in less than 10 minutes. Earliest time was 2 p.m.. Fine with me, I needed it. I was totally surprised...he was 30 minutes early. The ""Care Box"" was stacked with everything from soup to kleenex. You don't get that at the dr;s office. Antibiotics right then and there with a prescription on top of that. AWESOME!!! White Glove is my primary now. Passing the word to the rest of the family and friends. more

Better than the doctor's office! 12/22/2010

I've always believed in making doctors appointments as soon as I begin to feel bad. The problem is you can never get in to see the doctor immediately. White Glove is one of the best services offered currently that works with your existing medical insurance. The nurse practitioner's arrive on time, are extremely knowledgable and courteous, and have always prescribed the appropriate treatment(s). I've used White Glove on numerous occasions, and will continue to use them if I can avoid waiting in a doctor's office for an appointment. more

Love this service!! 12/11/2010

I am pregnant wih a five year old daughter and it was beyond convenient to have a nurse practitioner come to me when I was sick! Nurse Patty was kind, considerate, and knowledgable! I will definitely use White Glove the next time a family member is ill! more

Never Sitting In A Waiting Room For Urgent Care Again! 12/11/2010

The weekend before Thanksgiving 2010 I came down with a horrible case of Bronchitis and could not get an appointment with my doctor. This was the best thing that could have happened to me because I discovered WhiteGlove and their excellent service and staff. Jamie was able to come to my house the next day. I was in bed and I hardly had to move in order for her to take my vital signs and check my symptoms. She was very thorough in trying to diagnose my illness. Instead of having to find someone to go fill my prescriptions, WhiteGlove had them on hand so I did not have to move a muscle to start feeling better! The care kit they bring also shows how much they care. They even called the next day to see how I was feeling. At such a reasonable price (same as doctor copay) I don't know why I would ever drag myself into a doctor's office where I risk getting everyone there sick. WhiteGlove gets two thumbs up and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for all that you do! more

WhiteGlove Recommendation: 12/10/2010

\r I was very impressed with the WhiteGlove health care alternative. I recently had a stomach virus, my regular doctor was booked up so I gave them a call. Patricia showed up at my door a few hours later. Laying on the couch in peace versus the misery of driving and waiting in a germ infested waiting room was the first perk I found very valuable to my well being. She was kind, knowledgeable, brought me a care package with chicken noodle soup, and provided me with the medication I desperately needed. I was on my road to recovery. The next day they called to check on me, ""Wow what a concept in terms of customer service!"" I was still in need of additional care and she kindly offered to come for a second visit that same day. This was very much appreciated and needed. A call the third day I was able to give the good news of feeling better. So, not having to leave home when I was absolutely sick as a dog, wait for probably an hour, then again at the pharmacy was absolutely wonderful. I was extremely impressed, and would highly recommend this service to anyone without life threatening problems. They have earned my respect, and Patricia needs a raving appraisal with a nice raise. Thanks WhiteGlove for earning another satisfied customer that will be calling again if necessary. more

Excellent service 12/10/2010

Thankfully, I've only had one cause to use Whiteglove, but I've raved about them ever since. After not feeling well for quite some time and having a lingering cough, I called shortly after 8am from my office to make an appt. My info was taken over the phone...friendly and efficient. Within the next 90 minutes, I was seen at work by a friendly, concerned staff person. I was treated, given several days dosage of meds, a refill prescription if needed, and a delightful goodie box. The next day, I received a follow up call and had subsequent info emailed to me. What terrific service! Some of my co-workers have used Whiteglove and they have equally supportive things to say. Unless it's an emergency, no more waiting in the doctor's office or standing in pharmacy lines for me! more

Best health care that comes to your door 12/8/2010

I have used them for over 6 months. I am blind and they came to me and were always willing to answer all my questions. They got my appointments quickly set up for me. The cost was very low as well. more
