Review content:
I first used Whiteglove House Call Health in January when I had a sinus infection. They were at my house within 2 hours and the whole setup was very pleasant. The nurse was extremely nice and the well kit was great! I also liked the fact that I was given meds right on the spot instead of having to have them filled and everything only cost me $20!!\r

My second experience was for my son who had an ear infection. I was disappointed in the fact that I called at 8am and was not able to have him seen until 6pm that evening. The nurse was not as 'warm' as the one I had but she came in and did what she had to do. My son has a history of getting ear infections where I take him to the doctor the day he's complaining and the doctor can't find the infection (after digging in his ear with that blue stick) and sends us on our way. Within 2 days I'm back at the doctor (because they can't just call in a prescription) and he has a full blown ear infection. I told this to the nurse who couldn't really see in his ear without making him cry. She listened to me regarding his symptoms and gave us an antibiotic. The remaining medicine was mailed to us within 2 days. Very good service. \r

I rated it a 4 because of the time it took to be seen the second time we used this service. But it does beat sitting in a doctor's waiting room with sick people!
