Thankfully, I've only had one cause to use Whiteglove, but I've raved about them ever since. After not feeling well for quite some time and having a lingering cough, I called shortly after 8am from my office to make an appt. My info was taken over the phone...friendly and efficient. Within the next 90 minutes, I was seen at work by a friendly, concerned staff person. I was treated, given several days dosage of meds, a refill prescription if needed, and a delightful goodie box. The next day, I received a follow up call and had subsequent info emailed to me. What terrific service! Some of my co-workers have used Whiteglove and they have equally supportive things to say. Unless it's an emergency, no more waiting in the doctor's office or standing in pharmacy lines for me!
