Work seems OK ... Not sure about $$$$$$$$ 10/30/2011

Car was leaking. Leak was fixed. I am not happy about $105 for check engine light. Larry was going to remove it, but he wanted to check with someone else first. He said he would call me the next day, but did not.When I called, he was gone for the day. Sam said he would look into it, but I have not heard fro anyone. With all the $$$ I have spent there, I am not real happy. more

Virgina inspection 10/30/2011

went in for a va inspection during lunch. It took about 45 mins and I was able to wait for the car and get back to work on time. Also recommendations for future repairs was beneficial. more

unhappy with repair 10/28/2011

For the money charged I still have wobble in the car at speed and the left tire seems to be ok but the right tire seems to rub on the inside. the alighnment seem off it was'nt before.there was work done and some improvement but I don't feel the workmanship was worth the nearly $1000. paid. at least the rate of the mechanics pride in craft. more

Got me in fast 10/27/2011

My car would not start, I had purchased a battery from them a year and a half ago. They replaced with without charge. Plus, since my mother was stuck at my house without a ride home, they took care of a major brake problem at the same time, within a few hours, even though they were very busy. more

I was very pleasantly surprised, since previous with auto repair shops have seldom been pleasant, but at Virginia Tire and Auto I was treated courteously, provided with a fair and competitive estimate, and conveniently shuttled to and from my home while my car was repaired. I enthusiastically recommend this shop ! more

I am new to Virgina, I brought my car in and within 25 minutes I had my safety and emissions done in a quick and curteousy manner. I will definitely go back and have them work on my other cars. Great service. I left feeling very impressed. more

Larry at Virginia Tire & Auto was great! I mentioned that I wanted them to take a look at my tires when they did a rotattion, and Larry walked out to my car and put his hand on each tire. He discovered that one of my tires had a belt separation and showed me why a plug in one of the tires (from a nail) was a concern to him. We discussed my different options and told me what he would recommend, and why. They offered shuttle service to/from my home while they worked on my car. The work took a little longer than estimated, and I had to wait longer than desirable for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to the store - but a great option otherwise. more

Perfect Alignment 10/19/2011

I made an appointment via their email offer system which got lost somehow due to a glitch. The service manager got my car in and out despite the walk-in nature of my business and honored the online coupon even though i had not printed them out (rest assured i will in the future though). The work was perfect and much appreciated. Thanks so much. more
