once again had excellent service, the manager Larry really cares about his customers, i didnt have any appt and was taken right away although if possible I suggest making an appt. check online for available coupons, front staff very nice, highly recommend more

I had to buy 4 new tires for my car and get a new battery... everyone in the store was exceptionally nice, helpful, and kind. The prices were fair, and the service was prompt. It was my first time there, but not my last - I look forward to giving them business for my cars going forward... great job! more

Diagnostic test 12/6/2011

I had my car towed to the garage as it would not start after leaving for two weeks vacation. The engine turned over ok but woukd not start. When booked in the person at the desk said that he would put me down for a diagnostic test either one for about $60 or one for about $100. The communication was very good, they kept me informed that when the went to start the car it started straight away. They kept it for a few hours and perepdically started the car to see if they could reproduce the non start condition. At about 3.00p.m. I picked up the car with no problem and it has been fine ever since. I think I initially flooded the engine. However I was still charged a diagnostic fee of $105. PERHAPS IT IS ME BUT TURNING THE KEY AND FINDING NO FAULT , is hardly a diagnostic test! more

Best shop around. I live near a competing shop, but travel further to have VA Tire and Auto do my repair work--they do a great job, and are priced competitively. Always a good experience. more

State Inspection 12/5/2011

I stopped in on a Sunday morning for an inspection on the car to renew my plates. I was lucky enough to be at the front of the line so the car was pulled right in. Soon after finishing my complementary cup of coffee my name was called and I was out the door. Thank you for the speedy and efficient service. more

Oil Change 12/4/2011

Was very easy to drop off the car the night before. Oil change done by noon and service called about changing some fluids. Said no to the fluid changes and no pressure to get it done. more

Gave only 4 stars because they closed the inspection line at 6:55 instead of 7:00pm the night before. They close at 8:00pm so I understand the need, but there was only one car in line and they could have let me in. more

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left ~15 minutes later the staff at Virgina Tire & Auto were helpful and friendly. My state inspection was done within minutes and I was on my way. Happy Customer. more
