I just bought this vehicle and it needed pretty much everything to pass the safety inspection and to get it ready for the winter. The mechanics did a thorough inspection and repaired all of the items that needed addressing. They kept me informed along the way and were extremely helpful. They defintely have a loyal customer in myself. more

safety check 11/26/2011

Went for safety check on friday nov 25 2011. NO wait, in and out in about 20 minutes. Greeted by staff who knew me by name (having briught my three cars there for various service). Very personable and friendly. I was asked by several service persons if I needed help. If it is possible to enjoy having your car serviced, it is so at thia va tire and auto. more

Good but not Great 11/26/2011

Service, Oil Change, Tire Rotation Larry, I didn't give 5 stars because one of my valve stem caps was missing and my tire pressure was not set to my preferred setting. It should be in the notes, 42 in the Front and 40 in the rear. My hybrid performs it's best at these settings and reducing tire friction. After 2.5 years of getting service for this car at VT&A including new tires you would think they would read the notes. As for the valve stem cap, I live on a dirt road and one grain of dirt will affect the valve. It's the reason the caps were invented. No excuses. Jim more

Wasted Time & Money 11/22/2011

I took my truck in at 8:00 AM on Saturday to check the engine light. Six hours later I was told it was not ready. Work needed: Diagnostics and sensor replacement. 1/2 hour to do the job? Charged 115.00 for diagnostics. Customer Service made no apologies. more

Solid Work 11/15/2011

I was and continue to be impressed with the service. I had brought my car in for a state inspection and 4 new tires. They called me at noon to tell me there was an issue with the lift and they would not have the car ready by 1 as hoped. Laer they followed up to say it would be another 20-30 minutes till it was ready to go. I loved the communication I got and the price was pretty fair. more

Trusworthy, Helpful, Friendly 11/15/2011

I'm always weary about tire establishments, as I've paid for more than what was needed at other tire companies. I was just in for State Inspection this time, knowing that my tires are borderline for the inspection standard. My vehicle passed, and I was asked if I wanted a quote for new tires. I got the quote, and went to the inter-webs to see how much these tires really were, and what needed to be done to mount and balance the new tires. I found the same tires at 5 other places from Manassas to Leesburg, and Goodyear had the best prices on not just the tires but for the entire service (and that even includes a certain popular discount club). I'll be sure to provide another review when I get the new tires. more
