Review content:
Larry at Virginia Tire & Auto was great! I mentioned that I wanted them to take a look at my tires when they did a rotattion, and Larry walked out to my car and put his hand on each tire. He discovered that one of my tires had a belt separation and showed me why a plug in one of the tires (from a nail) was a concern to him. We discussed my different options and told me what he would recommend, and why. They offered shuttle service to/from my home while they worked on my car. The work took a little longer than estimated, and I had to wait longer than desirable for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to the store - but a great option otherwise.
