I called to schedule appointments to have both of my vehicles winterized. The work appears to have been done properly, and I have no complaints there. My only reason for a less than perfect score is this: the older gentleman who checked me in seemed very tentative and confused. Perhaps he was a new employee. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told to bring in my first vehicle, and when that one was done, I could swap it out with my second car. I explained this to the man, gave him my phone number, and expressed my desire that I be called when my first car was ready. No one ever called. When I called late in the day, I learned that my car had been ready for hours. I was still able to swap out the cars and have my second car winterized, but if I hadn't called the shop myself, I would have been unable to get the work done.
