Your team did a great job changing my oil and walking me through the process. My only complaints have to do with your record-keeping. First, your system showed me as owning a 2011 Chevy Cruze. I have not ever owned a Cruze. In September, I purchased a new tire from you and had repair work done on my other tires. All of this work was done on my 2011 Chevy Equinox, not on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. Second, you continue to list my address as 43921 Felicity Place, which changed in December, 2010, to 44393 Port Royal Circle, Ashburn, VA 20147-5546. I gave you my corrected address at the time I purchased my tires in September, but my records were not updated. Finally, my husband, Steven Weyman, passed away in December, 2008. You never removed his name from your records, so whenever I use your services, Steven's name pops up. In any case, your shop does a nice job on repairs. You just need work on the accuracy of your record-keeping.
