Steve Roland was extremely responsive and accomodating. He even stopped in on his day off to make sure that my needs were handled properly after I had to reschedule on short notice. We have been bringing our cars here for years and will continue to drive from Leesburg to do so. more

Above and beyond expectations 12/19/2011

I called in on a Sunday hoping to get an appointment that day. The appointments were full, but the associate was able to squeeze my car in for a battery replacement, oil change, and inspection. It was done within two hours. They even ran the shuttle for me, although they don't typically do so on Sundays. Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. The service was top notch. Well, you get what you pay for the saying goes. This shop is run by real pros. They are efficient and courteous. The prices they charge are the only reason that they get 4 stars and not 5. more

Nice Recovery 12/15/2011

I'm a big fan of VT&A. Been using for 4 years with great service. However, it took them two tries to replace my clutch this time. Got the car back (first time) with a funky growl coming from the clutch AND a "tube" hanging down (almost dragging) from the engine. They also forgot to latch the hood. Could've been ugly at 40 MPH when my Wrangler's hood smashed into the windshield. Lucky I noticed while leaving the lot. Good news is they fixed everything the second time...no charge. more

Emissions Test & Personal service request 12/15/2011

The team did an excellent job from start to finish. I was met at the waiting area with a friendly, personable representative and knowing the routine headed to the service desk. There were plenty of knowledgable folks who were able to write up my order with the assistance of a computer program which quickly recognized me as a previous customer, handled my request for the emissons test and to check the tire pressure of my tires. Told it would take about 15 minutes. After a few errands in the immediate area I returned to find my vehicle be driven to a parking space - assuming that it was complete I was addressed at the service desk and the write up to finish the service order was handled efficiently by a friendly, personable representative. The service desk team appeared to be enjoying themselves - a good signof strong customer focused group. The continued personal service at your location makes returning for service an easy decision. Also, I appreciate the periodic emails from the store with reminders and discount coupons. Now develop a personalized web site when one can download service history and previous invoices for service. more

I had new tires put on along with an alignment. They did a good job, I waited while they put them on. The matched the price on the tires and helped sign me on for a rebate. I was very pleased more

I went to get my emissions and safety inspection done yesterday afternoon. I asked for my teacher discount which I usually get, but was denied this time. The service person stated "we only give discount on other services like brakes, etc." I am frustrated at the non consistent policy this place has. more
