Service, Oil Change, Tire Rotation Larry, I didn't give 5 stars because one of my valve stem caps was missing and my tire pressure was not set to my preferred setting. It should be in the notes, 42 in the Front and 40 in the rear. My hybrid performs it's best at these settings and reducing tire friction. After 2.5 years of getting service for this car at VT&A including new tires you would think they would read the notes. As for the valve stem cap, I live on a dirt road and one grain of dirt will affect the valve. It's the reason the caps were invented. No excuses. Jim
