I have come to expect stellar service from this business, thorough explaination of what needs to be done and why, and they generally make the cost crystal clear. This time it fell a little short of my expectations. I took the car in for a Stabilitrack service indication and asked them to check my tires too. Turned out a $350 software upgrade fixed the first but they found 2 bad bearings in my tires. (I just had new brakes a few months ago. It seems that they would have seen evidence of this then.) I suppose my primary complaint was that I had sticker shock when I went to pick it up. I had been told that the bearings would be $650 each but I forgot about the cost of the software update and was shocked when the bill exceeded $1700.
