I always get great, friendly service. However, it takes over an hour to get my oil changed and costs twice as much as a quickie place. more

Was sadly disappointed this last visit as checking out took forever and someone who walked in after me was taken before me. Finally got checked out and car wasn't washed :( so Frustrated and tired of waiting around ... I just left. I know it's not a huge deal but when they offer and you say yes, would be nice if it was actually done! Also, no mileage reminder :( Usually have a great experience here. more

Stopped in the browse the Toyota line of sedans as a possible replacement for my current vehicle. A large selection of vehicles and friendly no pressure sales help. Ended up trading my leased vehicle and buying a new Toyota. more

Competence, customer concern and service. 9/2/2013

Vancouver Toyota was able to handle my 30k maintenance on my 2012 Plugin Prius without a problem. I didn't have an appointment, and I live almost 75 miles away, so I appreciate VT working me into their schedule as a "walk in" customer.. more

I always take my Rav4 to the dealer instead of an independent mechanic, for service work because, be the dealer has always backed up its work. They dealer usually provides outstanding customer service; but the reason I gave a "4" instead of "5" rating this time is that I don't understand why the person answering the phone couldn't tell me if my car was ready for me to pickup. The person transferred me to the phone who handled me service work the day before. Since she was at lunch when I called, I had to waste time sitting around for her to all me back to tell me it was ready. I bit of a small inconvenience but not something I would expect from this dealer. more

Because the costco agent was busy and the sales rep I initially went to was not available, I had to work with a third agent. Shane Duclos stepped in and did a great job. more
