Never had such positive experience before. Very friendly and professional customer service. The person was very polite and knew his job very well. He unerstood all my needs and made all arrangements. The service was comleted earlier than expected. The technician, Vitaly, is super professional, knows his job very well and is detail oriented. I would give the service ten stars if I could. Will come back for sure more

Great customer service! 8/28/2013

Took my 4 year old 2010 Prius in for an inspection and was relieved to learn that it is in excellent condition. Was treated fairly and read my book in the really nice waiting area, while having a cup of tea. Best of all, my car was sparkly clean when I retrieved it. What's not to like about that? more

They advised me to check my records to see if I had my coolant checked to save me some money. I didn't had it done but appreciated their telling to check. more

Samantha Curry went WAY beyond the call of duty! 8/27/2013

I went in for a simple oil change. They found several issues with my car including very bad front brakes. They kept finding more issues to repair and it ended up taking until one hour past closing time to make the proper repairs. Samantha Curry stayed late and kept apologizing to me when it was me that should have been apologizing. She was wonderful and provided the best customer service possible and the repairs done to my car were perfect! Please thank her for me. more

Service 8/27/2013

The last thing you want to hear when you take your vehicle in for a specific service is, "It'll take longer than planned." I didn't hear that today, what I did get is a job well done in less time than anticipated even though I brought in the vehicle early impinging on other appointments. Kudos to the service team! more

Service was great. One minor issue- when they vacuumed, they placed the driver side floor mat on top of the passenger side mat in back of car. I thought I had lost it. more

The service was great and the people were very friendly. Burton was my main point of contact and was easily reachable via phone or email. This made it easy for me to stay connected with my service during working hours. The shuttle service was great, as well. Really enjoyed Les' company and humor. more
