Great service 8/24/2013

Everybody is courteous and service is punctual. The mechanic was very clear in his explanation of repairs. I feel I can trust the service department, which is extremely important for a DIYer with little money and who is normally hesitant to use mechanics. I've been ripped off in the past and it caused financial problems. Thanks and keep up the good work! more

4 Runner service 8/23/2013

I usually go to local mechanics for service on my 2003 4 Runner but this time it needed some specific upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised to find very professional attention and care to the entire process. Not all dealerships are a rip off and many times the best source of optimum care of your car. Jaime took excellent care of me, filling me in periodically on the statis of the service on my car. more

my personal service team.. Mike the ASM, and Pong my technician. 8/22/2013

Pong is the only Tech that works on my 96 Camry, 185k on it and still going strong. Mike my ASM is also excellent, with so many different service writers with so little experience he is the only one I trust with all Toyota cars. more

Love the atmosphere and friendliness. The price was reasonable too. That is a great big plus. 8/22/2013

Only drawback was that my car was clean when I dropped it off and dirty by the time I picked it up after several days outside waiting for parts. The windshield fluid must have been topped off by your attendants and reacted with what we use so that when I went to clean my windshield after picking up the car I could not see out the window. It smeared across and made visibility very low. more
