I was only able to read part of a chapter in my book before I was interupted with a "Finished with your service, Mame" call. So fast and I felt like they really looked everything over as the service man gave me a run down on findings and services done. more

. . . and so is my car. My husband preferred McCord's because he trusted their service, and after he passed away I stuck by them. Every employee I've dealt with is pleasant, kind, and helpful in explaining the service I need and the charges. And I appreciate the courtesy driving service as well as the free car wash. more

The maintenance department is always a great experience, they are nice, detailed and on time, they will drive you back and forth or give you a rental, and if you want to wait there its classy, clean and nice waiting area, I like how friendly the team is and their supervisor is a very nice and friendly guy, and they are not expensive at all and worth every penny I spent there. more

Very pleasant customer service! They are not pushy, trying scare tactics to get one to purchase services NOT needed! I have been to other dealerships, and have been told my engine is in bad shape and several other things to inspire me to spend more money!!! more

Professionals for the Customer 7/24/2013

The Service people do a professional and competent job. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, like tires, brakes. They’re willing to stretch out the wear. This is important in these tough economic times. I like coupons/discounts. They try to give you price breaks. They seem for the customer not like their hands are in your pockets. Hence, I keep returning. more
