My check engine light was on not only did Vitaliy Kirichenko the mechanic diagnose it he also told me 3 other things that are not working properly on my 4runner. From the advisor to the mechanic I felt like they knew what they were talking about and had good team communication and exceptionally high service. more

I love Vancouver Toyota! The fireplace, the comfy chairs, the free hot chocolate! And especially the free wi-fi. I had a business meeting while waiting for my oil change yesterday and it was great. Like a little spa retreat from the office! more

No hassles. Work completed in reasonable time and everyone professional. Given free rental for down time. One tech even installed part (recommendation for future) after he was getting ready to leave for the day. Great engineering keeps me dedicated to the Land Cruiser. Great service will keep me dedicated to a dealer. So far so good. more

Good customer service setting up appts to address needs. The work is done in a reasonable time frame at a fairly reasonable cost. Reps accept "no" for an answer when wanting to replace items I service myself. more
