Great experience for my 18 year old son 9/9/2013

I sent my 18 year old son to schedule a maintenance appointment, arrange shuttle transport to work, discuss maintenance issues and coordinate pick up of the vehicle. Vancouver Toyota treated him with respect, didn't pressure him to purchase other services, and got him to work on time. Great experience for my son. Thank you Vancouver Toyota! more
