I always take my Rav4 to the dealer instead of an independent mechanic, for service work because, be the dealer has always backed up its work. They dealer usually provides outstanding customer service; but the reason I gave a "4" instead of "5" rating this time is that I don't understand why the person answering the phone couldn't tell me if my car was ready for me to pickup. The person transferred me to the phone who handled me service work the day before. Since she was at lunch when I called, I had to waste time sitting around for her to all me back to tell me it was ready. I bit of a small inconvenience but not something I would expect from this dealer. more
