Paul was terrific;-) He helped us pick the best AC for our needs, was completely available, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Unique had the central air installed within 10 days of signing the contract; great on-site workers (clean, neat, reliable), constant communication, and everything works as promised.
